This project provided 20 free, family, nature-connection Forest School sessions in Perry Hall Park, Birmingham. The sessions were child-led, providing much needed, free play in nature. They were fully outdoors with activities offered linked to the changing seasons. Families particularly enjoyed fire lighting and cooking on the fire together and environmental crafts like green wood work. Experienced practitioners created a safe and engaging space for play in the natural environment, utilising a beautiful woodland in all weathers.
